Who we are

Double Ark Ltd is one of the leading home care providers in the UK. Our services are regulated by Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are located in the southeast of London with tentacles of operation which spans across some of the largest boroughs in London which include London Borough of Bromley, London Borough of Croydon and our registered office is resident in London borough of Lewisham and with a view to register our presence in other boroughs of London.

 The Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspects health and adult social care services in England to make sure that they provide safe, high-quality care. If a service needs to improve, CQC will take action to make sure this happens. Find out more at www.cqc.org.uk  

MISSION STATEMENT

Double Ark is a Ltd company, registered in England and Wales. Offers a range of personal and practical care services to adults and young adults (between 18-65 years of age) and older people (over 65 years of age).

Our service users bands include service users with

  • Dementia,
  • Mental Health,
  • People with eating disorder
  • Learning difficulties or Autistic spectrum disorder
  • Sensory impairment
  • Physical disability

OUR AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
Double Ark provides support to individuals living in their own homes to assist and improve the quality of their lives whilst maintaining their independence and personal choice.

Our aim is to make every day a good day for every one of our clients. We achieve this by providing

  • Encourage all clients and their families to live as independently as possible.


Our ethos is empowerment, inclusion and that person-centred care is communicated in everything we do. 

OUR VALUES

To meet assessed needs:
We ensure that a potential service user’s needs and preferences are thoroughly assessed and the care we provide meets the assessed needs. While needs are re-assessed as frequently as necessary and that the care and support provided have the flexibility to respond to changing needs or requirements. 


To focus on service users: We aim to provide personal care and support which have positive outcomes for service users and promote their active participation. 

To ensure that we are fit for purpose: We examine our operations constantly to ensure that we are successfully achieving our stated aims and purposes.

Commitment to quality: We are fully committed to providing high quality services and to continuously improve in the level of the care we offer.

Community involvement: We work for the comprehensive welfare of all our service users and as well provide a package of care to each service user that contributes to their overall well-being and preferences. We affiliate with other services and professionals to help to maximise each service user’s independence, also to ensure as fully as possible the service user’s participation in the community.
